We are an authorized Peace Scooter dealer. We are a fully licensed, insured and bonded dealer with the State of Tennessee. Peace is also registered with the state and is authorzied for distribution in Tennessee.
We do not recommend buying a scooter from a flea market or roadside dealer. They can not supply parts and service for your scooter. Please buy from a dealer who provides parts and service for your scooter.

If you buy a new scooter without a licensed dealer number on the MSO the State of Tennessee will not allow you to register the scooter. It will not matter if scooter is bought out of state or in Tennessee , the seller must provide a dealer number. If they are not a licensed auto or motorcycle dealer the state will not issue a tag and you maybe stuck with a scooter that you can not sell or ride on the street.

We never charge for assembly. We do not charge $250.00 to $300.00 for a dealer prep-fee / assmebly fee . We do not charge $200.00 freight charge.

All of our scooters are DOT approved and conform to the federal motor vehicle safety standards as published in the code of federal requlations. Our scooters are all EPA approved. Please make sure if you buy a scooter that it meets these requirements or you will not be able to place tags on the scooter.
All of our Peace scooters come with a 6 month full engine and drive-train warranty.
Tennessee state law does not require a motorcycle endorsement for any motorcycle under 125cc. Tennessee law also allows teens 14-16 years old to operate a scooter under 125cc on a learners permit with restrictions.
